Details

Lower Derwent Valley NNR in North Yorkshire and Humberside has increased in size. The additional areas of NNR will be managed by Natural England and the Carstairs Countryside Trust.

A separate area of the NNR that was previously included in the site will no longer be held and managed by Natural England as a nature reserve.

The rest of the NNR will continue to be managed by Natural England, the Carstairs Countryside Trust and Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.
