MGD for Agents

If you get a system error message when trying to enrol for MGD for Agents:

  • do not attempt to enrol again
  • call the VAT Online helpdesk to get your agent reference and guidance to complete your enrolment

View Account

HMRC is aware that MGD View Account is not showing the correct account position for some MGD customers. This issue is being investigated.

HMRC wants to reassure customers that we will only pursue debts where our records show they are due.

If you believe that you are affected by this issue and your View Account balance is incorrect you do not need to contact us.

We apologise for any confusion and inconvenience this may cause.
