Make a claim for possession of property: Form N5 Wales
A property owner or landlord can use this form with a 'particulars of claim' form to make a claim for possession of property in Wales, if the notice was served on or after 1 December 2022.

Details
You must use the N5 Wales form with a ‘particulars of claim’ form. There are different forms for different types of claim:
- Form N119 Wales: Give details of a claim to gain possession a rented residential property
- Form N120 Wales: Particulars of claim (Mortgaged residential premises)
- Form N121 Wales: Particulars of claim (Trespassers)
