Everyone deserves a home that is safe, secure, and well maintained.
It’s why the government has launched the ‘Make things right’ campaign to ensure those living in social housing who have issues with their home know their rights, know how to complain, and feel empowered in the knowledge that their voice will be heard.
You can support the campaign by downloading the free materials in this toolkit and sharing them with others. The materials can be used in community hubs, communal areas inside buildings with social housing, in public service buildings like GP surgeries and libraries, as well as online.
Downloadable materials include posters, social posts, letter/email/website text, translated posters and leaflets, as well as a staff briefing to help organisations share the campaign with colleagues.
The campaign is for tenants living in England only.
