Appendix 5: Outline for full outbreak report
The need for, and the contents of, a report should be proportionate to the scale of the incident/outbreak. If produced, a report may include the following suggested headings, although the list is not exhaustive. The outbreak report should be a collaborative effort and should include all members of the IMT.
