The study reviewed, in line with the opening, the behavioural responses of:

  • land-use impacts
  • car ownership
  • public transport pass ownership
  • travel frequency
  • changes in destination choice
  • changes in mode choice
  • car occupancy changes
  • changes in departure time
  • peak spreading, through smaller changes in departure time
  • changes in route choice
