Details
To aid officers’ investigations, the police service and the Crown Prosecution Service have produced a series of standard forms (the manual of guidance drink and drug driving - MGDD), which are updated as changes in statute, decided law and good practice require. All changes are agreed with the CPS policy lead before publication on behalf of the Manual of Guidance Board.
