1. Marine Management Organisation (MMO) Public Sector Target
The Marine Management Organisation (MMO) is committed to the government’s agenda of creating 3 million apprenticeships by 2020/2021. The MMO aims to deliver an average of 2.3% new apprenticeships starts against its annual headcount between April 2017 and March 2021.
2. Apprenticeships standards and skills
The MMO is predominantly a regulation organisation. We expect to see the return on our investment in this development from 2019 onwards.
3. Opportunities for apprenticeships
Our strategic approach is to develop and contribute to the development of apprenticeships standards aligned with skills needs.
