Martin John Manning has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 19/55/17/0449 which authorises the abstraction of water from Worm Brook at Wormbridge, Hereford at National Grid References SO 4639 3201 and SO 4425 3092.
The variation applied for is to change the abstraction location from the current individual points to an abstraction reach on Worm Brook between the points at National Grid References SO 46392 32007 and SO 43467 30416.
The Licence Holder has also applied to transfer the licence to Mr Charles Manning and Mr Martin Manning trading as J Manning & Son.
