Details

The report summarises the technical material discussed and developed to date through a series of joint workshops and takes account of Euston Integrated Programme Board comments where possible.

Provided to the Euston Station Strategic Redevelopment Board (ESSRB), the report is in line with the assurances given by High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd to the London Borough of Camden (LBC) and Transport for London (TfL) during the House of Commons Select Committee stage of the hybrid Bill. This includes a commitment from the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport (DfT).

The report seeks to outline areas where members are agreed and any areas where there remain points of difference. Sections 12.2 and 12.3 of this report have been drafted by TfL, LBC and Network Rail to enable their views, where different from HS2/DfT to be fully reflected. The report also provides details of the HS2 options and proposes plans going forward.

This final report on Material by Rail was submitted to the Secretary of State in July 2016 for his consideration and he accepts the recommendations and the proposed next steps.
