Details

The matrix standard is a framework for organisations to assess and measure their information, advice and guidance services. It aims to support individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals.

This report considers if the matrix standard is fit for purpose and how effective it is in supporting continuous improvement in organisations. The 3 main objectives of the research were to:

  • ensure the standard was continuing to meet the requirements of the sector
  • assess if the standard was still fit for purpose
  • collect information to inform future decisions about the need for providers to achieve matrix accreditation
