Details

The MCA Framework document describes the agency’s relationship with the department for transport. It sets out the respective roles of the Secretary of State, and the accounting officer responsibilities of the department’s Permanent Secretary and the agency’s Chief Executive. The framework also sets out the roles of the MCA advisory board and its own executive board and other relevant governance arrangements.
