These MOUs set out the arrangements for applying the effects of the economic partnership agreement from 1 January 2021 between the UK and Pacific states:

  • Solomon Islands
  • Samoa

  1. Extension to termination dates for both Memorandums (section 4): 15 months from coming into effect (previously 9 months from coming into effect).

  2. Updated section 4: termination section of both MoUs to show that the termination date for the memorandums has been extended from 6 months to 9 months from them coming into effect.

  3. Updated section 4: termination section of both MoUs to show that the termination date for the memorandums has been extended from 3 months to 6 months from them coming into effect.
