Under this MOU, the Ministry of Justice and Home Office of the UK and the Ministry of Justice of Poland have agreed to take forward cooperation and mutual learning on criminal justice matters. It includes areas such as mutual legal assistance, surrender of persons on the basis of an arrest warrant, victims’ support, the transfer of sentenced persons, the exchange of information extracted from criminal records, and the protection and promotion of human rights. This MoU was signed at Warsaw on 14 November 2024.
