Memorandum of Understanding marking the UK and the Republic of Korea’s commitment to teaching children to code and identifying tools and resources that help start­ups and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to operate in an open market.

The MoU was signed at Aviation House in London, the UK, by Francis Maude, Minister for the Cabinet Office, on behalf of the UK; and by Choi Mun-kee, Minister of Science, ICT and Future Planning for the Republic of Korea.
