This notice, together with MGN 601(M) and MGN 602(M), replaces MGN 490 amendment 1 and MGN 491 amendment 1 published in August 2014. MGN 600 (M) Amendment 2 replaces MGN 600 (M) Amendment 1.

Amendment 2 introduces editorial changes for consistency with other documents. There are no changes of substance.
