This notice includes amendments introduced since January 2020 and should be read with the merchant shipping and fishing vessels (health and safety at work) (carcinogens and mutagens) regulations 2007, as amended by the carcinogens and mutagens (miscellaneous amendments) regulations 2020 and replaces MGN 356(M+F).
