MIN 500 (M) concerns those passenger vessels of class IV to VI where a Passenger Certificate was issued before 1 April 2015 under the Merchant Shipping (Survey and Certification) Regulations 1995.

Notice to all:

  • shipowners
  • masters and surveyors of class IV, V and VI domestic passenger ships

This notice replaces the General Exemption issued on 18 December 2003 associated with MIN 160

This MIN expires on amendment of SI 2010 No. 680
