Details

This MIN sets out the policy of the MCA with respect to UK vessels which were prevented from arranging the surveys, inspections and audits required for compliance with the relevant Statutory Instruments due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

This MIN has been substantially amended and is issued as Amendment 4 to set out the specific provisions of the earlier versions of the MIN which remain in place as the industry transitions to a position where survey, inspection, audit and maintenance activities become feasible as the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic ease.
