Details

Amendment 1 puts protection measures for seafarers in the context of the ISM code and health and safety legislation. In this notice “shipowner” includes fishing vessel owner and “seafarers” includes fishermen.

This notice should be read in conjunction with the merchant shipping and fishing vessels (health and safety at work) regulations 1997, as amended.

This MIN expires on 24 September 2020.
