MIN 618 (M+F) COVID-19 reporting of occupational diseases

Amendment 3 updates guidance on the reporting of diagnosed COVID-19 cases among seafarers on board ships, where there is reasonable evidence that it was caused by exposure at work.

Details

This notice should be read with the merchant shipping and fishing vessels (health and safety at work) regulations 1997, as amended and replaces MIN 618 (M+F) Amendment 2.

Amendment 3 contains updates according to current government guidelines.

This MIN expires 30 June 2022.
