MIN 652 (M) Adoption of amendment 05-19 of the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) code

This amendment makes a number of changes to the IMSBC code and also adds new products which have not previously been included in appendix 1 of the code.

The purpose of this Marine Information Note (MIN) is to advise of an amendment (05-19) to the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) code and its application date.

Notice to all:

  • ship owners

  • ship operators

  • terminal operators

  • port authorities

  • classification societies

  • agents

  • charterers

  • shippers

  • consignors

  • training providers

  • masters

  • officers and crews of merchant ships

  • other parties involved in the transportation of solid bulk cargoes by sea

This MIN expires 31st December 2021.
