This is the MOD’s policy on customer service lines. These lines enable the public to contact the MOD by telephone for particular services.

The MOD offers a number of services to veterans, to those seeking careers in the armed forces, to military families, and to other members of the public. We publicise the customer service lines people can use to access these services by telephone. This document sets out the MOD’s policy on its customer service lines.
