The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) action plan for 2025 to 2028 outlines how MOJ will reduce barriers and increase opportunities for SMEs and VCSEs to work with government.
The action plan sets out our SME procurement spend target and our actions to raise SME participation and spend from April 2025 to March 2028.
