The Elections Policy & Co-ordination Group meets around every 6 to 8 weeks to discuss electoral policy and to plan and prepare for upcoming and future polls.
 
The Group is chaired by the Cabinet Office, which has overall responsibility for electoral policy, and comprises representatives from those UK Government Departments which are responsible for putting legislation in place for specific polls, the devolved Administrations, the Electoral Commission, and Returning Officers from each Region.
 
The Terms of Reference for the Group are published on this page, and the minutes of each meeting will be uploaded here.
