Details

The new site licensing provisions introduced by the Mobile Homes Act 2013 came into force on 1 April 2014. As a result of these changes, local authorities will need to put in place new procedures for dealing with applications for new site licences or the transfer of existing licences.

This advice is aimed at local authorities and provides useful information on the matters an authority can take into consideration when processing an application.
