   The letter has been updated to encourage LPAs to inform interested parties when an appeal is submitted with new evidence that did not form part of the original application, their comments can address such matters.

   Updated paragraph 5 and inserted para 6 as part of the improvements to encourage early submission of Rule 6 parties

   Update to include prospective R6 should get in touch with PINS asap

4. 6 June 2016

   The letter has been updated to remove the option of submitting representations by email and requesting three hard copies.
