Section G of the appeal form has been amended to remove the following sentences:- “Although you may indicate a preference for a hearing, the Inspectorate must also consider that your appeal is suitable for this procedure” and “Although you may indicate a preference for an inquiry, the Inspectorate must also consider that your appeal is suitable for this procedure”
