The independent review of the Money Advice Service has appointed the following members to its independent consultative panel:

Colin Brown: Financial Ombudsman, formerly Chairman of the Financial Services Consumer Panel and Consumer Policy Director, Office of Fair Trading

Daniel Godfrey: Chief Executive, Investment Management Association, formerly Chairman of the Personal Finance Education Group (pfeg) and a member of HM Treasury’s Financial Services Forum

John Godfrey: Corporate Affairs Director, L&G

Claire Whyley: Member, Financial Services Consumer Panel, formerly Head of Consumer Futures at the National Consumer Council, professional researcher, policy analyst and consumer champion

Philip Cullum: Partner, Consumer and Demand-side Insight at OFGEM, formerly Deputy Chief Executive, Consumer Focus

Richard Gray: Director of Financial Planning at independent financial advisor Baigrie Davies, an accredited financial planning firm
