Details

The Insolvency Service is responsible for oversight regulation of the insolvency profession. The Insolvency Practitioners Association has been declared a Recognised Professional Body for the purposes of authorising and regulating insolvency practitioners. This publication summarises the Insolvency Service’s findings following a monitoring visit to the Association in May 2016.
