In November 2015, the government announced that the official record of the Morecambe Bay Investigation would be published by autumn 2016.
The documents on this page contain 110 records from the open interview sessions. These interview sessions were open to families to attend but not to the press or public. The records are divided alphabetically and an index shows where individual records can be found.
Redactions to these documents are made in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The Department of Health plans to publish a set of additional records in early 2017, including the transcripts and papers for the Panel meetings and correspondence, which will complete the publication.
