Details

This SLA sets out the levels of service DVSA is expected to provide for MOT computer issues and its education, compliance and enforcement activities.

The SLA covers the standards and behaviour which trade associations will encourage their members to adopt when their vehicles, drivers or records are inspected by DVSA.

The agreement also covers the standards and behaviour which the trade will be encouraged to adopt when authorised examiners and Nominated Testers are in contact with DVSA.

The SLA is under review to make sure that it better reflects the new service being offered by DVSA.
