Details

This special notice tells you about:

  • simplifying the disciplinary process by using predetermined sanctions based on the level of shortcoming
  • only issuing a emissions record to a customer if their vehicle failed the test
  • mandatory calibration of equipment
  • a change to the way MOT connected equipment keys are requested (class 4, 5 and 7 testing stations)
  • an extension of the annual training year
