UK transport fuel suppliers are no longer required to report their greenhouse emissions under the Motor Fuel (Road Vehicle and Mobile Machinery) Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting regulations.

Instructions and practical information on complying with the Motor Fuel (Road Vehicle and Mobile Machinery) Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting Regulations, as amended:

  • the greenhouse gas reporting regulations placed on UK suppliers
  • reporting information to be supplied to the Department for Transport

Information already reported under the Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation (RTFO) Order is not required to be submitted separately.
