Details of the application
Moverons Farm has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number AN/037/0025/040 which authorises the abstraction of water from Fishpond Marsh Drain and Middle Marsh Drain at National Grid References TM 06160 18078 and TM 05984 19116.
The variation is to add two solar pumps, one at National Grid Reference (NGR) TM 05990 19100 and one at NGR TM 06620 17560. This variation will increase the maximum annual abstraction to 67,650 cubic metres, with a maximum of 14,963 cubic metres abstracted from each pump.
