Mr Bolton Agnew has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 7/34/06/*G/0245 which authorises the abstraction of water from underground strata comprising of chalk at National Grid Reference (NGR) TG 12419 30456, at Hall Farm, Saxthorpe.
The variation applied for is to move the abstraction location to NGR TG 12447 30116. The abstraction is located in the Broadland Rivers Abstraction Licensing Strategy area.
There will be no change to the existing abstraction volumes, which are: 45,000 cubic metres per year and 998 cubic metres per day.
