Mr Hugh Mannall trading as Arden Lakes, has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The application is to abstract water as follows:
- 12.99 cubic metres an hour
- 155.9 cubic metres a day
- 35,518 cubic metres a year
- between 1 April and 31 March inclusive in each year
The water will be used for topping up of fishing lakes to maintain water level.
