This data-specific official statistics revisions and amendments policy covers:

• the handling of routine and non-routine updates to published mandatory MRSA, MSSA, and E. coli bacteraemia, Klesbiella species bacteraemia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteraemia and C. difficile infection data collected via the healthcare-associated infections (HCAI) data capture system (DCS)
• the process for data suppliers to submit requests for the HCAI DCS to be unlocked for revision/update to be made to the datasets
