This Notice advises all shipowners, shipbuilders, masters, certifying authorities and surveyors of the requirements imposed by the Merchant Shipping Fire Protection Regulations 2023 for cargo ships constructed before 1st July 2002 for fire integrity of bulkheads, decks and ventilation ducting.
