Notice to all shipowners, ship operators, masters and crew of passenger ships.

This notice replaces earlier versions of MSN 1794(M).

Reflects changes brought about by the Merchant Shipping (Counting and Registration of Persons on Board Passenger Ships) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 in respect of additional clarity and flexibility.
