This notice replaces Merchant Shipping Notice 1728 and is an integral part of the Merchant Shipping (Radio) (Fishing Vessel) Regulations 1999.

Notice is for all:

• owners and skippers of fishing vessels
• suppliers of radio equipment to fishing vessels
