MSN 1872 Amendment 1: Safe working for construction and use of fishing vessels

This provides a Code of Safe Working Practice for the construction and use of 15m length overall to less than 24m registered length vessels, replaces MSN 1770.

Notice to all designers, builders, owners, employers, skippers and crew of fishing vessels.

This notice should be read in conjunction with the fishing vessels (Codes of Practice) regulations 2017 No.943 and the merchant shipping (work in Fishing Convention) regulations 2018 No.1106 and replaces MSN 1770, the code of safe working practice for the construction and use of 15m length overall to less than 24m registered length vessels.
