This is the Commission’s eighth annual report and accounts. It details the organisation’s main activities and performance in 2023-24 and summarises forward plans for 2024–25.

It includes the audited accounts and financial statements for the period 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.

This publication is separate from the Commission’s annual monitoring report on the Government’s progress in delivering infrastructure projects.
