Claiming Class 3 National Insurance credits can:

• help fill gaps in your National Insurance record
• count towards your State Pension

Use this form to apply for Class 3 credits if after 6 April 1975 you were with your spouse or partner on a posting abroad.

Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).
