This report looks at the government’s evidence and analysis on the enforcement of National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage. This evidence helps monitor, evaluate and review minimum wage compliance and enforcement. It also has our response to the 2020 Low Pay Commission recommendations.   This evidence covers:
