This delivery plan relates to the UK national measurement strategy published in March 2017. The strategy sets out a framework for the UK to capitalise on its world-leading national measurement system.

The plan focuses on the themes set out in the strategy:

  • investing in a world-leading measurement infrastructure
  • ensuring good policy, standards and regulations
  • getting better connected to our users
  • improving the UK’s measurement skills
  • providing confidence in the intelligent use of data
