This document contains the following information: National Museum of the Royal Navy (a company limited by guarantee) trustees’ report and consolidated financial statements 2011 to 2012.

The newly created National Museum of the Royal Navy group consists of the company itself and the four Naval Service museums: Royal Naval Museum, Royal Navy Submarine Museum, Royal Marines Museum and the Fleet Air Arm Museum. The group also operates HMS Victory as a visitor attraction.

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement or as a Return to an Address and was ordered to be printed by the House of Commons.
