Details

The National Policy Statements (NPSs) set out the government’s policy for delivery of major energy infrastructure.

The 2011 NPSs have been superseded by the 2023 revised versions.

The 2011 version of the NPS for Nuclear Power Generation (EN-6) is still in effect.
