Natural England’s vision is to achieve a thriving nature for people and planet. We will achieve this through an approach rooted in equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Our 5 strategic objectives supported by strong action will enable delivery. We will put people at the heart of nature recovery and will:

improve accountability, governance, resilience, and communications and engagement

foster an inclusive culture

improve our understanding and the ways we work with the community
This approach and actions will support our delivery of nature recovery for everyone.
