Natural England collects your:

  • name
  • contact details
  • email address
  • phone number
  • details and information relating to your feedback
  • relevant application or reference numbers depending on the feedback

Natural England collects your personal information in order to identify you and contact you in relation to your feedback.

There is no legal requirement for processing and retaining your personal data for Natural England feedback.

The processing of your personal data is based on your consent.

You can ask for your contact details to be removed at any time by emailing customer.feedback@naturalengland.org.uk. However, if you do this, Natural England may not be able to provide you with a response to your feedback if you have requested this.

Who Natural England shares your personal data with

Natural England will not share the personal data collected under this privacy notice with other organisations.

Natural England respects your personal privacy when responding to access to information requests. We only share information when necessary to meet the statutory requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

How long Natural England holds personal data

Natural England will keep your personal data for 3 years from the date feedback was submitted.

What happens if you do not provide the data requested

If you do not provide your personal data, Natural England may not be able to provide a response to your feedback if this is what you have requested.

The information you provide is not used for:
